Dear employees of Wageningen UR,

This is a questionnaire to evaluate the partnership of Wageningen UR with FrieslandCampina. With this questionnaire, the collaboration will be assessed on strategic, operational, network, and cultural fit. The objective is to further improve potential future collaborations.

Completing the questionnaire: where and when?
The place and time on which you complete the questionnaire doesn’t matter, just make sure you are able to complete it on a quiet moment, when you can work undisturbed. The individual results of the questionnaire will be  handled strictly confidential.

Completing the questionnaire: how?
Some questions do look alike for reliability reasons, so it’s possible you get the feeling of answering questions twice. However, every question is different from the others, although sometimes slightly. We would be very pleased if you can answer all the questions from your own point of view, so please complete the questionnaire individually. The questionnaire consists of 78 short propositions, mostly ranging from 'totally not' to 'totally'.

We would like to emphasize that there are no correct or incorrect answers, it’s about your opinion. Select the answer that best fits your opinion. The average results of all the completed questionnaires together will be discussed between Wageningen UR and FrieslandCampina with selected experts and the steering group in order to make future collaborations even better.
